Is there an official support desk for Moodle?
For help using Moodle you can contact the E-Learning Office (ELO). Moodle.org forums can also serve as a support desk if you have the time and like to explore topics in greater detail.
What do I do if I am stuck? Where can I get training?

Or you can get some help at Moodle.org in a forum or search the Moodle documentation.
What if I have a specific question about a tool, where can I find out more?
You can research it in Moodle documentation. Or contact the school’s E-Learning Office (ELO).
